We are Michael & Zofia Klimpl and have lived in the Islamorada, Florida Keys community since 2001.

Zosia has been monitoring private part-time owner’s residences since we moved to Tavernier Key in Islamorada, Florida. Her experience working on-site has exposed her to many issues that can happen to your property when you are not here. She knows how to identify and take action to remedy each problem expeditiously. Additionally, her experience working with clients to communicate with contractors and vendors on their behalf has given her the expertise to provide you with the quality service you expect.

Michael, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated from Nene College in Northampton, England, in Leather Technology. He is a second-generation Leather Technician who worked in the American Leather Industry for 22 years as a Plant Manager, Technical Manager, and Technical Sales Representative for an international specialty chemical and dye company. The leather industry has since migrated out of the US, forcing him to make a change. He moved to Islamorada in the Florida Keys in 2001, where he was the trusted manager for a successful chain of retail stores here in the Keys for over 12 years. His strong business management and communication skills are “Keys” to giving you the Home Watch Services we provide professionally and efficiently.

Both are members of the local Islamorada Elks and Moose organizations here in the Florida Keys.
